Since 2008, Brooklyn-based organic condiment makers Sir Kensington’s have found great success providing tastier and healthier versions of classic picnic table staples like mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup. Earlier this year, the brand was purchased by consumer goods giant Unilever, a move that promises to bring their products to vastly expanded market, while presenting new challenges. How do you keep your head, remember your values, and preserve your flavors from within the workings of a huge corporate entity?
