Where do I pick up my Tickets or Passes?
Please read the following carefully for details about pass pick-up. 

All-Access Passes:
Option 1: Pick it up at The Weylin (175 Broadway) at The Tasty Awards on Friday, September 8.

Option 2: Pick it up at the Ballroom entrance at The Williamsburg Hotel (96 Wythe Ave.) on Saturday, September 9 from 9am until 5pm. 

Foodie Passes: 
You can pick them up at the Ballroom entrance at The Williamsburg Hotel (96 Wythe Ave.) on Saturday, September 9 from 9am until 5pm. You can also pick them up on-site at the All-Star Cookout on Sunday, September 10 at the East River State Park entrance 90 Kent Ave.

Conference Passes:
Pick them up at the Ballroom entrance at The Williamsburg Hotel (96 Wythe Ave.) on Saturday, September 9 from 9am until 5pm. 

Saturday Dinner "FAM-to-TABLE: An Ode To The Staff Meal":
No need to bring a printed ticket, your name will be on the list at the door. Please do bring a valid photo ID. 

All-Star Cookout Tickets:
To enter, please bring a printed copy of your ticket or have your ticket available on your phone. 

Press Passes:
You can pick up your pass at the Ballroom entrance at The Williamsburg Hotel (96 Wythe Ave.) on Saturday, September 9 from 9am until 5pm. If you're only attending the Tasty Awards, you will be let in the main entrance at The Weylin. If you're only attending the All-Star Cookout, you can check-in at the entrance of East River State Park!

Future Food Expo RSVP:
The Future Food Expo is in the ballroom of The Williamsburg Hotel, no need to bring your printed RSVP. The Expo is free!

 

What does my ticket or pass give me access to?
On our ticketing page, you'll see descriptions of what different ticket types give you access to by clicking "Show Details" under each ticket type. Additionally, If you have already purchased a ticket or pass, you will receive an e-mail reminder with details about the weekend.

 

Do I need to print my ticket if I’m attending a single event?
If you are attending the All-Star Cookout, please either print your ticket or have your ticket available on your phone. If you are attending any of the evening events, you do not need to bring a ticket. Your name will be on a list at the door. Please bring a photo ID to all events.
 

Where and when are the festival events?
All Taste Talks Brooklyn events take place in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Please review what type of ticket or pass you purchased to ensure you arrive at the right place at the right time. The schedule is here. But, to break it down by event:

- The Tastys and afterparty are at The Weylin (175 Broadway).
- The Brunch + Conference check-in is in The Williamsburg Hotel Ballroom (entrance at 96 Wythe Ave.). Conference panels take place at the following venues: The Williamsburg Hotel, The William Vale and The Wythe Hotel.
- The Future Food Expo and Kellogg's Cereal Bar Throwdown will be held in the ballroom of The Williamsburg Hotel.
- The Family Dinner on Saturday is at The Williamsburg Hotel with the afterparty taking place at The Woods bar.
- Sunday, the All-Star Cookout is in the East River State Park and the Closing Night Chef Party is at the terrace at The William Vale.

 

How do I get to the festival?
All festival locations are easily accessible by public transportation or car. The closest subway stops are the Bedford stop on the L line or the Nassau stop on the G line. If you are driving to the festival, street parking and public garages are available OR you can reserve your parking in advance with SpotHero! Are tickets and passes available at the door?
Tickets and passes are available in advance by purchasing them online. All-Star Cookout tickets will be available for purchase (by card only) onsite.

Can I bring my kid?
The All-Star Cookout is free for kids 5 years and younger. Kids 6 years and older must hold a ticket. The Conference is open to anyone 16 years or older. All attendees regardless of age must have a pass to attend the conference. IDs will be checked for demos serving alcoholic beverages. All other events are 21+ only. 
 

Do I need to bring money to pay for food?
Each party & happy hour has complimentary bites and cocktails.

A Foodie Pass, Brunch + Conference Pass and All-Access Pass get you brunch and a couple of cocktails on Saturday morning. It will be served from 10am - 11am, so please arrive early to the conference if you'd like to eat!

The Family Dinner on Saturday includes a sit-down meal and drinks.  

All-Star Cookout tickets, a Foodie Pass and an All-Access Pass each get you a dish from each grilling station (larger than a tapas, smaller than a meal) and a couple of cocktails. There will be a cash bar.
